An internal AI tool concept in development at a leading creative production company. Born from watching the same patterns repeat across every pitch cycle and wondering why nobody had automated the boring parts yet.

Project overview
Pitch Engine is an AI tool that turns a project brief into a concept deck. Drop in a brief, set your parameters, get structured creative concepts back with visual direction and copy ready to present.
I wrote the PRD, designed the UI, and am building the pipeline in parallel. The interface is intentionally minimal. Brief in, deck out. The generate button does exactly what it says.
The design had to feel like something a senior creative director would actually trust. Not a toy, not a prototype someone threw together. A real tool with real utility that fits naturally into how a production team already works.
Challenges
Building an internal tool means you are your own client, your own PM, and your own engineer at the same time. Knowing what to build first when everything feels important requires the same discipline as any real product. Designing for a workflow you are inside every day is its own challenge too. It is easy to over-engineer for your own needs instead of building something the whole team can actually use.

Results
UI prototype complete. PRD written. Pipeline architecture in progress. Currently in active development.
